Device has two transmitters, two driving generator, two modulating code generators, two phase manipulators, two power amplifiers, transmitting, receiving and transceiver antennas, two receivers, duplexer, two high-frequency amplifiers, four spectrum width meters, two frequency doublers, two comparator units, three threshold units, four keys, two phase detectors, one pole rectifier, accumulator, five relays, two switches, actuating unit, ignition switch, storage battery, four marker lights, two sound alarms, time delay unit, sender key, multivibrator, swinging switch, switches of doors, windows, hood, trunk, and also search unit, heterodyne, mixer, intermediate frequency amplifier and frequency meter. All indicated devices are distributed among check station, vehicle proper and alarms transmitting point. Alarm information is transmitted by radio channel to receiving station when vehicle is left at parking, in garage or in the street and driver has left the vehicle for a time.
