SUBSTANCE: primary surgical treatment of the wound is performed. Non-viable tissues are removed. The receiving bed is formed on the rear surface opposite to the lower leg by cutting soft tissues, a skin flap is made. An external fixing device is imposed on each lower leg. The foot with a large soft tissue defect is placed in the receiving bed in a functionally favorable position. The external fixation devices of each lower lega are interconnected. As the foot wound edges and the skin flap edges of the receiving bed are healed, and a wealthy blood flow is obtained between the foot and lower leg tissues, the external fixation device is removed, the foot with lower leg skin flaps is removed from the receiving bed, the skin flaps on the foot are sutured using dermatome, the autodermal flap from the anterior-lateral thigh, one part of the flap is used for plantar foot surface plastic, the other part is used to cover the receiving bed.

EFFECT: emergency conserving foot therapy.
