FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: mortar has the post pivotally mounted on the barrel, at the end of which the lodgement for mines is located, wherein the post length is such that the lodgement at the raised post position is opposite the barrel muzzle and parallel to it, but does not prevent the escape of mines. At the post bottom the rack is pivotally mounted, the length of which is such that at its resting on the ground the lodgement is on a height comfortable for loading. The mortar has a mine retainer in the form of a spring-loaded plate protruding inside the barrel and connected with the key. In front of the barrel muzzle the limiter is located, having the form of one or two longitudinal plates arranged radially with respect to the longitudinal barrel axis and not preventing the escape of mines.
EFFECT: increasing the initial speed of a mine and the convenience of loading a mortar.
