FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing vitamin green forage, including soaking the grain in the electro activated water, germinating and seedling forcing. The initial grain is represented by Triticale grain, the washing of which is carried out with tap water; then the washed grains are soaked with anolyte with the pH of 2.4 -7.8 and the redox potential of 260-720 mV, the oxygen concentration of 12.5-6.3 mg/l, obtained by means of the contact activation of the 6-10% solution of ammonium sulfate, for 3.5-4.5 hours. Thereafter, the anolyte is removed and the grain is re-washed by tap water, and germinating the grain is carried out in a thin layer without using a substrate by means of air-irrigation method at periodic tedding.
EFFECT: method allows to obtain a high-quality vitamin green forage by speeding up the production process of the grain germination, and to reduce its duration.
