FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: previously hulled grain after the magnetic control is two-three times subjected to consistent grinding in vertical-type grinding machines. Then, the crushed kernel is extracted from the grinding products through the trier-cockle sampler, forming the flow of whole cereal and the flow of crushed kernels. The flow of whole cereal is sent for grinding and micronizing, and the flow of crushed kernels is sent into the device for grinding small kernel, containing a double sieve and withdrawing the flour produced at grinding separately from the ground crushed kernels. The flow of ground crushed kernels is divided into small ground grits and semolina-type grits by means of a sifter. All final products pass the magnetic control before sacking.
EFFECT: obtaining two kinds of cereal: whole ground micronised cereal and crushed ground grits.
