FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: in the heat exchange device, containing the housing with pipes for supplying and discharging the coolant, the heat transfer element with the disc and blades disposed within the housing on the rotating shaft, pipes for supply and discharge the heated medium, disposed coaxially, wherein the pipe for the heated medium supply is provided with the impeller, and the pipes for the coolant discharging is in the form of a tubular membrane element, enclosed in the shell with pipes for filtrate and concentrate output, and there is the flow-regulating valve in the outlet pipe for the concentrate, the tank with coagulant is located at the outer housing surface, connected to the dispenser, fixed at the inner surface of the housing, and two detachable chambers are installed in the coolant discharge pipe between the housing and the shell of membrane unit parallel and isolated from each other, capable to operate alternately with meshed filter trap installed in each of them.
EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of the heat exchanger.
