FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: sprinkler is designed for liquid spraying in the automatic stationary fire-fighting systems. The sprinkler consists of a base in the form of a fitting adapter with a conical thread and a through channel. The base of the sprinkler is connected to two arc shaped holders, that hold a bushing with the splitter fixed thereon, made in form of the diffuser with bent towards the base belt with petals, located along the generatrix of the belt cone surface. Inside the splitter there is additionally positioned the sprayer over the outlet of the sleeve, formed as the cylinder, on the outer surface of which there is the screw thread. The cylinder is mounted rotatably, by means of two axes to the inner surface of the splitter. The disk valve with the glass bulb is mounted in the channel, it rests on the valve through the threaded washer, fastened on the threaded part of the channel. The glass bulb is fixed in the elastic gasket with the upper part, the gasket is located in the sleeve and the inner surface of the sleeve has a taper counter to the splitter, designed as a diffuser. The glass bulb is pressed to the elastic gasket by means of the threaded washer, and the part of the petals of the splitter is made bent towards the larger base of the conical surface of the diffuser, at that the bent petals are made with petals unbent interleaving.
EFFECT: effectiveness improvement of the fire-fighting automatic stationary systems due to the surface irrigation uniformity and homogeneity of thinly sprayed drip spray.
