FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method includes registration of imaging the surface area of the radiating object at the selected wavelength and measurement of the total heat radiation spectrum of the same object surface area in the range including the selected wavelength. All the signal levels are determined according to the registered image, corresponding to the object surface elements. The reference signal level is determined by the measured values of the registered image signal level, which corresponds to the reference temperature value. The reference temperature value is calculated according to the registered radiation spectrum. Next the plurality of the object surface element temperatures is calculated by the mathematical formula derived by using the Wien's formula.
EFFECT: increasing the autonomy, speed and spatial resolution.
