FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring equipment and concerns the laser radiation (LR) with structural materials (SM) interaction parameters examination test bench. Test bench includes laser, optical system, light beam splitter element, LR parameters monitoring system, IO thermal and optical parameters recording system, registered data collecting and processing system and the measuring test bench control system. Light beam splitter element divides the LR into the working and reference streams. In the LR parameters monitoring system, the power meter is placed in the separate measuring unit and is supplemented with the screen and aimed at the screen high-resolution video camera. Recording system consists of measuring hemisphere, along which arcs the photodetectors and the spectrometer, thermal imager, and also located on the IO front and back sides two pyrometers thermal sensors are located. LR power changing means and the LR modulation providing means functions are implemented by means of the measuring test bench control system.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the test bench functionality expansion and increase in the measurements accuracy.
