FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: two versions are proposed for the solar photovoltaic module with a stationary concentrator containing reflectors as the concentrating elements, including a radiation photodetector with bilateral photosensitivity, located in the focal area of the concentrator. The concentrator comprises two symmetric branches of the parabolic-cylinder reflector separated by a flat rectangular reflector, or it is designed as a parabolic hemisphere with a flat circular bottom as a reflector, and the radiation photodetector with bilateral photosensitivity, is translucent to the incident sunlight thereon and made either rectangular, or circular. Its area is equal to or exceeds the area of the flat reflector.
EFFECT: module specific power increase and decrease in the cost of electricity generated even at the low concentration ratio of solar radiation.
