FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing dough products is proposed, according to which two pieces of dough are rolled separately into two layers of homogeneous mass; one layer is superimposed on the other and rolled again with connecting in one ready layer; the ready layer is laid for rest, after which the preforms of the required shape are cut, each preform is pressed with a die with its immersion into the preform, wherein the die size is equal to the workpiece size and corresponds to it in shape; the preforms are baked in an oven to form a cavity within, in which a metallic element is introduced, the diameter of which is less than the internal cavity diameter, and then the product is baked until ready. Wherein filling is placed in the cavity prior to introducing the metallic element, the metallic element is made as a a rod or a flexible wire, and the preform is baked at a temperature of at least 220°C.

EFFECT: manufacturing the products with an internal closed cavity close to spherical, with the lowest cost.
