SUBSTANCE: sample end surface soldering method includes the rotating around a horizontal axis with an angular velocity from 1 to 800 rev-1, heating upto the temperature not more than 70 °C above the softening beginning temperature of the sample material, the heating is carried out for less than 4 s., after which the sample is cooled by the directed gas flow.
EFFECT: increase of the photonic crystal waveguides with a hollow core percentage output with the uniformly selectively soldered external shells, the stability of the obtained samples during its further chemical modification.
