FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: drive device actuates the brushless DC motor without sensors by switching the power supply pattern at the constant frequency for detecting the rotation position of the brushless DC motor rotor without sensors. The detection means detects the signal transition through zero, that represents rotor phase switching. The calculation means calculates the synchronization determination coefficient, which is the percentage of the detected transition signal numbers through zero. The pulse width control means controls the pulse width by the pulse-width modulated drive power in the drive means, so that the calculated coefficient of the synchronization determination falls within the target range.
EFFECT: noise reduction by means of the vibration control as a result of fluctuations in rotation and in current consumption required just to maintain the rotation through the current approach for driving the motor to the synchronization state.
