FIELD: nuclear power.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vessel (ship) nuclear power engineering. Device for reducing emergency pressure and localizing consequences of accidents in the containment shell in case of depressurization of the first circuit of a vessel (ship) nuclear power plant is arranged in the containment shell of the reactor unit containing a reactor and a hardware rooms and a bubbler with a pool and a free gas volume. Reactor and hardware rooms have a common tight partition. Bypass channels connect the hardware room with the underwater space of the bubbler pool. Hardware room accommodates a sprinkler plant and a pressure sensor with settings switching on/off the sprinkler plant. In the common tight partition of the reactor and the hardware rooms there are safety membranes to balance pressure in these rooms in case of an accident in one of them. Return air valves are installed on sections of the bypass channels arranged in the free gas volume of the bubbler and have the possibility of actuation when reaching a specified level of emergency pressure difference between the free gas volume of the bubbler and the hardware room and providing their interconnection to create a directed circulation of the steam-air mixture through the bubbler.
EFFECT: efficient localizing consequences of accidents.
