FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: reaction apparatus is a horizontal capacitive type device consisting of a fixed cylindrical body in which an inner reel is coaxially placed. The body of the device is equipped with an upper cellulose loading hatch, a lower discharge hatch, a solvent outlet, a liquid phase outlet, and an inert gas supply connection in the upper part of the body, normal to its cylindrical surface. The reel is equipped with a hatch located in one transverse plane with a discharge hatch of the hull. The ratio of the height H to the diameter D of the reel is selected in the range of 0.5…4, preferably 0.6…1.0. The side and end surfaces of the drum are made either from a perforated sheet or in the form of a grid, and the inner surface is lined with either a metal mesh with a nominal side cell size in the light in the range 0.4…2.0 mm or other similar permeability material. Inside the drum, longitudinal partitions are located radially with an equal pitch (0.025…0.1) D. With the help of the drive shaft, the drum is able to rotate at low speeds in the range of 10…60 rpm and at high speeds in the range of 200…1000 rpm with adjustable speed of rotation within each range. In addition, the apparatus is equipped with a fixed perforated tube for supplying reagent solutions located inside the drum along its axis.
EFFECT: increase the safety of the process and reduce the metal capacity of the reaction unit.
