FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: in tubular bimetallic adapter containing airtightly interconnected male and female bushings of various materials, each of the bushings having a curved shape consisting of two cylindrical areas interconnected by a toroid area, with intersecting central axes placed at an angle to each other, one installed in the cavity of the other and fixed therein so that the cylindrical area of one of them is an extnsion of the cylindrical area of the other.
EFFECT: ability to interconnect pipes of dissimilar materials placed at an angle to each other, improving the performence quality of pneumatic and hydraulic systems by reducing the number of welded joints and reducing the complexity of their manufacturing.
