FIELD: physics, instrument-making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for removing low-potential heat from spacecraft systems. The dripping cooler-radiator comprises a heat carrier with a storage and supply system thereof, a drop generator, transfer pumps, pipelines, element heaters and a drop collector, made in form of a drop receiver. The mouth of the drop receiver is hermetically connected to at least one heat carrier-soaked capillary elastic pipe, the second end of which is connected to a transfer pump and is equipped with a displacement mechanism. The drop collector is equipped with a rigid track with the capillary elastic pipe pressed thereto.
EFFECT: method improves reliability of heat-removing device.
