FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: display device using a semiconductor light-emitting device according to the invention, may include the first substrate having an electrode part, a conductive adhesive layer disposed on the first substrate, and a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting devices, at least, a part of which is recessed in the conductive adhesive layer to make individual pixels with electrical connection to the electrode part, wherein the conductive adhesive layer comprises an opaque resin to block light between the semiconductor light-emitting devices.
EFFECT: invention provides the ability to create a display device having a fast response time, a high flexibility, longer life and yields, and to simplify the process of forming the partition wall between the semiconductor light-emitting devices contained therein.
