FIELD: display.

SUBSTANCE: display substrate and display apparatus. Display substrate comprises a base substrate and multiple sub-pixels arranged in the form of a matrix on the base substrate. A sub-pixel comprises the following: data transmission line drawings (DATA1, DATA2) extending in a first direction (Y); a section of the drawing (VDD) of the power supply signal line, extending in the first direction (Y); and a sub-pixel excitation circuit containing two switching transistors (T4, T5), an exciting transistor (T3), and a storage capacitor (Cst). The first electrode plate (Cst1) of the storage capacitor (Cst) is connected with the gate electrode (203g) of the exciting transistor (T3). The second electrode plate (Cst2) of the storage capacitor (Cst) is connected with the drawing (VDD) of the power supply signal line. The second electrodes of the two switching transistors (T4, T5) are each separately connected with the first electrode (S3) of the exciting transistor (T3). The orthographic projection of the second electrode of at least one of the two switching transistors on the base substrate at least partially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the drawing of the power supply signal line on the base substrate and at least partially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the second electrode plate of the storage capacitor on the base substrate.
