FIELD: automobile production.

SUBSTANCE: device is mounted in the body of the tape directly in front of the shape of the hole of profiling slats, fastened together in the shape of the head of the worm machine. The apparatus includes mounted rotating and reciprocating movement of the adjusting pins, whose axes are located at the intersections of the plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the worm screw machine, with planes, parallel to the plane of symmetry and forming openings extending through the control points, which lie in its output section.

EFFECT: invention extends the functionality of the worm machine, which allows to directly reduce during the extrusion process operational control blanks tread thickness, and to improve the accuracy of dimensions at the control points, in compliance with process regulations without stopping the tread assembly equipment.
