SUBSTANCE: essence of the invention consists in the formation of a radar image in telescopic mode with the help of the random fields optimal recovery algorithm in discrete time, and the sample spacing is the duration of the aperture synthesis interval, obtaining an optimal estimate of the distribution dispersion coefficient characterizing the time-independent radar image of the sensed surface, and the correlation function of the recovery error at a current processing stage, which serve as a priori information for computing at the next processing step.
EFFECT: improving the image quality by increasing the resolving power of the observable region radar image in the telescopic mode by reducing the extent of the generalized uncertainty function according to the spatial coordinates.
