FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: proposed ice-resistant support 1 for a self-elevating offshore platform has a multitude of pillars 2, and panel structures 3, wherein the pillars 2 and the panel structures 3 are arranged alternately such that the panel structure 3 connects the pillars 2 to form a peripheral structure of ice-proof support 1. The ice-resistant support 1 also contains a set of longitudinal stiffening elements 4 arranged along the inner surface of panel 3 to provide structural rigidity of these structures, and a set of transverse connecting beams or frames 5 located on the inner surface of panel 3 structures to support the set of longitudinal stiffening elements 4. The present invention also includes an ice-resistant self-elevating offshore platform with the said ice-resistant support.
EFFECT: possible operation of self-elevating platforms in areas exposed to sea ice.
