FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method for measuring the coefficient of the acceleration sensor conversion consists in raising a rod having a free or sliding stroke with respect to the tube, inside which it moves, to the height H. Upon releasing, the rod makes a free drop before striking an elastic array with a rebound frequency determined by the formula where w0 - the angular frequency of the rod rebound (rad/s); g=9.8 m/s2; λ0 - the working stroke of the elastic array, mm, when a rod hits it, falling from the height H. The calculated acceleration value will be determined by the formula (2), where a0 - the calculated acceleration value of the rod falling from the height H, at the natural oscillation frequency of the elastic array w0=2πf0. The sensor, which is fixed to the upper end of the rod by means of a coaxial cable, is connected to the input of the spectrum analyzer with a bandpass filter installed therein with a center frequency of w0, to the output of which the voltmeter is connected; it generates a voltage signal u0 corresponding to the calculated acceleration value a0, when the parameters w0 and wn are equal, according to which the coefficient of the sensor conversion is calculated.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to quickly and reliably determine the quality of the elastic array coating with respect to the coefficient of the acceleration sensor conversion in the required frequency band without using the shaker table.
