FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: one-way radio communication system uses a communication channel in the form of air and water and comprises a first and a second surface objects and underwater object. The first surface object contains connected in series to the source, an encoder, modulator, transmitter and aerial antenna. The second surface object contains connected in series air antenna, radio receiver, the transmitter, the transmitter antenna device and water. Underwater object contains connected in series antenna device, radio receiver, decoder and recorder, in an underwater object antenna device includes an antenna and an input device. The input device comprises first and second input terminals, an output terminal and a common bus, a first capacitor whose first terminal is connected to the first input terminal and a second terminal connected to first terminals of the first digitally controlled inductive element, the second and third capacitors, the second terminal of the first inductive element via first electronic potentiometer coupled to the common bus, the second terminal of the second capacitor is connected to the common bus, the second terminal of the third capacitor is connected to the first input of the differential amplifier.

EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of means for one-way radio communication with the underwater surface objects by using the communication channel in the form of air and water.
