FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a flange hub-joint of a manhole with a diameter of more than 1000 mm, provides closure-opening of a snaffle without means of mechanization. The manhole flange hub joint contains the neck flange 1, the pressure ring 2, the cover 3, the sealing ring 4, the snaffle 5 and the clamps 6 of the segments 7 of the snaffle. The neck flange is made with a cylindrical borehole for the fit of the pressure ring 2, the cover 3 and the sealing ring 4. The pressure ring is made with a flange 8 and is planted on the cylindrical surface of the cover 3. An annular collar is made on the cover. The sealing ring 4 is installed between the ring collar of the cover and the pressure ring. The snaffle 5 is made with a trapezoidal groove for fitting with tension on the outer conical surfaces of the neck flange and the pressure ring flange 8. The segments 7 of the snaffle are fixed on the neck with the possibility of turning and gripping the flange 1 of the neck and the flange 8 of the pressure ring by the groove of the snaffle. The rotary bracket 9 is installed in the racks 10 on the axis 11. The retainer 6 of the segment of the snaffle is made in the form of an elastic U-shaped rack covering the rotary bracket and limiting the angle of its rotation. The rotary bracket 9 is equipped with locking lugs 12, which are placed with the possibility of input-output into the locking holes of the vertical walls of the retainer 6. After inserting the locking lugs 12 into the locking holes of the retainer, the latter holds the bracket and the segment of the snaffle in a closed or open state. The segments 7 of the snaffle and the flange 8 of the pressure ring 2 are equipped with tension locks-latches 13. The rotary bracket can be made in the form of a curved elastic plate 14, or curved elastic rods 15.

EFFECT: reduction of the cost of manufacturing and operating the manhole.
