SUBSTANCE: device includes a moving mechanism and a flow forming head with rollers and loading mechanism. The moving mechanism is made in the form of an electric motor connected to the worm of the worm gear, the wheels of which are fixed to the shaft transmitting the rotation through the gear to the said rollers. The loading mechanism is made as a rack gear with toothed wheels fixed to the hollow shafts, and the two-way rack connected to the hydraulic cylinder. The moving mechanism shafts are located in the hollow shafts of the loading mechanism, which are mounted eccentrically to the rollers.
EFFECT: ability to process the rib surface along the entire length.
