FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to pipeline valves and is intended for transporting viscous and thermally sensitive liquids through the pipeline. The pipeline (1) with the safety valve (7), the sealing element of which separates the inner pipeline part from the outlet pipeline (23). The safety valve (7) ensures the opening of the outlet pipeline at a given excess pressure. The sealing pipeline element (19) with the surface is located in the pipeline with a flowing liquid. The sealing element surface faces the internal space of the pipeline, is flush with the inner side of the pipe wall and is washed by a viscous liquid flowing in the pipeline during operation. The sealing element is locked in the closed position by means of a traction mechanism (14) mounted with the possibility of moving by means of a predetermined excess pressure, so that the sealing element connected thereto opens the outlet pipeline. There is a method for transporting a viscous liquid by means of the above-mentioned pipeline.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the pressure reduction systems free from dead zones.
