FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method contains registration of pollutants available in water and drain water sample analysis on exceeding the maximum permissible values for pollutants in the drain water. Drain water network partition is performed in the settlement on the non-overlapping areas with a minimum amount, mainly one, of water issues from them. Registration of pollutants available in water is carried out upon exceeding the permissible concentrations in the analysis of the water samples selected at a random time and on a randomly selected point located on the water release/releases of the non-overlapping areas. The prospective subscribers are defined at the inspection stage of the non-overlapping areas, and the drain water sample analysis on exceeding the maximum permissible values of pollutants in the drain water is carried out only for the prospective subscribers.

EFFECT: lowering capital expenditures required to identify the subscribers, in the drain waters of which the maximum permissible values of pollutants in the drain water are exceeded.
