FIELD: water supply systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of water supply and wastewater systems and can be used to optimize their operation in dry weather and rainy periods. In the method, the drainage system is separated into a finite number of n independent drainage basins, wherein as the parameters of the flows of the drainage system, the water removal volumes are accepted vi, I = 1, 2, …, n, for each i independent drainage basin for a period of time Δt. As its automated controls, the system uses inter-basin pumping stations and/or inter-basin through-passages with shut-off and regulating means interconnecting the through-passages of the independent basins. Optimization is performed based on the criterion of minimum payments for water pumping in dry weather or estimated periods of rain and based on the criterion of minimal wastewater discharges into the environment during over-estimated rainfalls.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing control of non-pressure control systems, in which the flow is not constant, but increases due to the connection of the sections of the tree-type sewerage scheme.
