In the second embodiment, the adhesive meter consists of a base with the guides, with the possibility to move a carriage thereon, to which a vertical body is rigidly connected, and a force meter, in which a dynamometer is used as the force meter, mounted on the carriage and connected to the top of the vertical body with its rod, connected to the carriage with the axle hinge, wherein a finger is mounted in this body, connected to the scene comprising a clamp, and a chassis is set on the basis.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of determining the adhesion value by eliminating the impact of the friction forces between the carriage and its guides on the adhesive meter values.
