SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sealing device (20) for a container comprising a circular plug (21), serving for the container neck sealing and a cap (22), which can cover both the neck and a plug mounted on this neck, made of elastomer and provided with an item (261) for fixing on the neck. The cap (22) is a solid element comprising a skirt (221) radially enclosing the container neck flange and an annular section (231) with a central hole (232), providing a permanent access to the plug (21). At its inner radial surface (226) between at least two clamping regions (225), providing the plug compression, the skirt (221) comprises an outlet region (227), which has the greater diameter (D227) than the minimum plug (21) diameter (D21min) in an uncompressed state.
