SUBSTANCE: thermal actuator comprises the frame, the hinge joints, the housing in the form of a casing with perforated walls, the cover with the opening and the guide sleeve, the rod adjustable by length, the spring. The heat exchanger and the active elements made in the form of one or more sealed bellows filled with a thermoactive liquid medium, are placed in the housing. In the proposed thermal actuator, the working fluid leakages are excluded, the additional resistance to the rod movement in the guide cover sleeve is reduced, the heating of the active elements from additional sources in the normal operation mode is not required.

EFFECT: use of the invention will improve the thermal actuator efficiency.
