FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: temperature controller contains a valve cock and a thermostat connected to it by means of a union nut. Valve cock has a valve with a locking member being in contact with the seat of the hole located inside the cock. Thermostat has a thermal element, which includes a bellows sealed from one end into a thin-walled housing, forming an annular cavity filled with a vapor-liquid working fluid (VLWF) with the thermostat housing. On the other end, the bellows has a blank bottom. Housing of the thermal element contains a mechanical stop, which prevents the bellows from contracting at ambient temperatures exceeding 35°C. Axial forces arising from the change in the VLWF pressure are perceived by a stem that is reciprocally movable in the aperture of the thermostat base interacting with the stem of the valve cock. Thermostat spring, enclosing the stem and unloading the bellows, is clamped with a design force between the stop rigidly fixed to the stem and the bush freely movable along the stem, held by the tip of the stem, interacting with the bellows blind bottom.
EFFECT: invention relates to autonomous automatic wireless devices of a heating system installed on radiators for water heating.
