The represented cell for carrying out the reactions for automatic chemical or biological analyzer has an open upper end and comprises means for stirring the fluid, the upper end of the cell has a coupling element for connection with the coupling element of another cell of the same type, wherein the coupling element comprises a frame comprising at least two parallel projections extending outwardly in a continuation of its short sides, the inner vertical side of each projection has a hemispherical recess for receiving the hemispherical projection formed on the frame of the coupling element of another cell when connecting the cells with one another, and the coupling element is attached on the upper end of the cell with an elastic clap or latch. The versions of the cell units for reactions and the method of the cell assembly for performing the reactions are also described. Simplifying and improving the reliability of the analysis are achieved.
