FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used to determine the coagulation time of a blood sample to be analyzed. That is ensured by a method for determining the coagulation time of a blood sample to be analyzed, involving the following steps: taking reaction cuvette (2), placing ferromagnetic ball (11) on rolling surface (9) of reaction cuvette (2), acting on ball (11) by magnetic field to bring it into oscillatory motion along rolling surface (9), blood sample is illuminated with incident light beam (36), light beam (38) is detected, passed through cuvette (2) and coming from incident light beam (36), so that measuring signal (SM) is obtained. Method then includes performing primary processing of measurement signal (SM) to obtain first signal (S1) characterizing change of at least one physical quantity, characterizing motion of ferromagnetic ball (11), secondary processing of measuring signal (SM) is performed with obtaining of second signal (S2) characterizing change of at least one optical property of blood sample, first (t1) and second (t2) values of blood coagulation time are determined by the first and second measurement signals, respectively, and the determined first and second values (t1, t2) of coagulation time are compared. Reaction cuvette comprises container (3) comprising upper portion (5) defining inlet opening (14) and lower part (4), having bottom (8) with concave rolling surface (9), wherein width of lower part (4) of container (3) in direction transverse to main direction of rolling surface (9) is less than width of upper part (5) of container (3) in said direction. Rolling surface (9) is shifted in transverse direction relative to middle longitudinal plane (P1) of upper part (5) of container (3). Cuvette (2) additionally comprises first fastening elements configured to attach reaction cuvette (2) to first adjacent reaction cuvette in first direction (D1) of attachment, and second fastening elements, configured to attach reaction cuvette (2) to a second adjacent reaction cuvette in a second attachment direction (D2) substantially perpendicular to the first attachment direction (D1). Group of inventions also relates to a reaction cuvette and a device containing a cuvette.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides more accurate determination of blood coagulation time.
