SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary industry. To make a spice cake, dough is made by mixing milk whey, sugar, egg yolks, pine paste, previously mixed with vegetable oil, flour, salt and baking soda, dough is kneaded, formed and baked. Dough is prepared at the following ratio of initial components, wt %: milk whey 22.5, sugar 18.1, egg yolk 2.7, vegetable oil 2.7, flour 53.3, salt 0.1, baking soda 0.36, chlorophyll-carotin pine paste 0.24.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve organoleptic properties, to increase biological value and to expand assortment of finished goods.
