SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polyurethane coatings for polycarbonate products, and can find wide application in various industries where polycarbonate products are used, for example optical products, protective masks, shields, etc. The coating is prepared by mixing a polyol of 2,2-bis-[4-(2-hydroxytriethoxy)-phenyl]-propane, a polyisocyanate based on 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and ethyl acetate. The mixture is aged for 4-6 hours, then applied to the surface of the polycarbonate product and the coating is cured for at least 5 days.
EFFECT: obtaining an abrasion-resistant polyurethane coating for polycarbonate products, which has high abrasion properties.
