FIELD: polymer industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer industry and can be used as protective coating for wood, concrete, glass and metal. Polyurethane composition contains the following components, pts.wt.: polytetramethylene ether glycol (770), 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (200), diaminopropane (29), metal methylphosphite (29–97), dimethylformamide (460–625). Molecular weight of polytetramethylene ether glycol is 1950. Molar ratio of OH:NCO-groups in 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate is equal to 1:2. As a modifying additive, composition contains 28–32 wt% of a metal methylphosphite dispersion selected from aluminum, calcium, magnesium, nickel in dimethylformamide.
EFFECT: higher hardness of the coating from the polyurethane composition, its water and oil resistance while maintaining thermal and fire resistance.
