SUBSTANCE: method for producing sapropel fertilizer includes extracting sapropel from a lake, drying with stirring and introducing a modifying filler, wherein the filler is represented by manure in the amount of at least 10%, the sapropel and the filler are mixed together with a bactericidal preparation, dispersed and disinfected in a material treatment plant in the flow mode, then a suspension of effective microorganisms is introduced into the disinfected mass by means of a dispenser.

EFFECT: invention allows to shorten the production time of fertilizer and to improve its quality for more efficient use in agriculture with reduced volume of introducing into the soil.
