FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: ammunition holding mechanism in the launcher station (LS) includes the lock unit made in the form of the ring groove in the LS and the split spring ring, installed in the annular groove on the ammunition body. The split spring ring is made in the form of the lock with n-gripping protruberances and it is enclosed by the holder with n-radial grooves through which the gripping protruberances contact the ring groove in the LS. The retention mechanism includes m-interlocking units, installed one after the other.
EFFECT: reduction of launching disturbances and reliability increase of ammunition and LS undocking, when starting.
