FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: shutter includes a protective blade fixed by means of swivel hinges and a supporting hinge, a mechanism for rotating the blade, a sealing mechanism for the blade, a rail-sealing mechanism. The rail-sealing mechanism is provided with a support beam made in the form of a welded metal structure installed in the lower part of the protective shutter blade and fixed thereto by means of cylindrical supports which are rigidly fixed by one end to the protective blade. The drive of the rail-sealing mechanism is represented by a conical gear motor with an output shaft, two cantilever ends of which are made with threads of the opposite direction of cutting with the placement of hollow pushers thereon. The lever system of the rail-sealing mechanism consists of the pair of rods, the pair of the upper levers and the pair of the lower ones connected to each other, to the supporting beam and to the drive, each pair of rods being pivotally connected by one end to one of the hollow pushers, and by the second end in the common junction assembly is pivotally connected to one end of the upper lever and to one end of the lower lever; the second end of each upper lever is pivotally connected to the support rigidly fixed to the protective shutter blade. The second end of each of the lower levers is connected by means of a ball support to the metal structure of the support beam, wherein in the metal structure body of the support beam vertical slots are made, inside which the side surfaces of the support washers mounted on the free ends of the cylindrical supports of the support beam are arranged. In the lower part of the metal structure of the supporting beam, a seal is fixed throughout its length.

EFFECT: simplifying the design of the rail-sealing mechanism.
