SUBSTANCE: proposed compositions for oral care (versions) contain a salt of a basic amino acid and an inorganic acid, a soluble fluorine salt and calcium salt of an inorganic acid. In this case a basic amino acid salt and an inorganic acid is arginine phosphate, a calcium salt of an inorganic acid is a dicalcium phosphate. Methods for preparation of the composition comprise a step of neutralization of basic amino acid with inorganic acid to produce a basic amino acid salt - arginine phosphate; combining the said salt with at least a soluble fluorine salt and dicalcium phosphate for preparing a composition for oral care. It is also proposed to use a salt of basic amino acid - arginine phosphate, which is obtained by neutralization of the basic amino acid with the inorganic acid, as an additive to compositions for oral care, containing at least a soluble fluorine salt and dicalcium phosphate, to enhance the stability of the fluoride in the composition.

EFFECT: provides a fluorine-containing agent effective for oral care and stable during storage.
