SUBSTANCE: device contains a reversing counter that is divided into several low-bit stages, each of which contains a DAC with a specified digit width, dividers, a subtractor, an adder-subtractor, an additional ADC containing an integrator, a comparator, OR element, a counter of the comparator's operation time in half- frequency and a ROM.

EFFECT: increasing the convergence rate of the tracking ADC and increasing its accuracy.
