FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: digital transducer of current of compensatory type refers to devices for measuring devices of current. Meter includes a magnetic core 1 with a current 2 and a compensatory 3 coils. In entrefer of magnetic core 1, Hall’s elements 4 and 5 are installed, which are connected in series along transverse and longitudinal contacts along power circuit, outputs of the Hall’s elements are connected to instrument amplifiers 6 and 7, the outputs of which are connected to subtracter 8, output of which is connected to former of counter pulses 9. Outputs of former 9 are connected to counting inputs of incrementing and decrementing of fwd-bck counter 10. Exit code of the counter 10 is digital output of transducer and fed to DAC 11, whose output is analog output of the transducer and connected to the bridge amplifier 12 of supply of the compensatory coil 3.

EFFECT: technical result in implementation of claimed technical solution is to provide compensation for residual voltage of the Hall’s elements and zero shift of instrument amplifiers with their temperature dependence, provides a digital code for measured current, as well as ensures the absence of magnetic field in the magnetic core, which allows you to measure alternating currents without heating the magnetic core due to eddy currents.
