FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: mill-dryer includes a vertical drying pipe (1), sealed feeder (2), vertical loading pipe (3), a working chamber (4) with a grinding working tool. The working chamber is connected to a heat generator through gas ducts (9, 12). The gas ducts are formed as a single snail with vertical (10) and horizontal (11) swirlers. The grinding working tool is made in the form of three rotors (5) rotating in one direction at a varying rotation speed from 750 to 3000 min-1. There are from 6 to 18 beater rods (6) on the shafts of the rotors. A gas duct (12) connects the working chamber with the heat generator through a horizontal swirler (11). The coolant is forced through the gas duct (12) from the heat generator to the working chamber via an air duct (13) of a draught fan (14). An additional gas duct (15) connects the heat generator (8) and a drying pipe (1) at the working chamber outlet of crushed material.
EFFECT: crushing, selective milling and simultaneous drying of polymineral wastes with a moisture content of more than 20 percent while maintaining high productivity are ensured.
