FIELD: mining engineering.

SUBSTANCE: plant comprises a vertically arranged mill-dryer 1 with a vertical drying tube 2 and a loading tube 20, a hermetic feeder, a working chamber with a grinding working element connected therebetween in series by common air system. The plant is additionally provided with a gas flue 10 connecting the heat generator 5 and the drying tube 2 at the working chamber outlet of the mill-dryer 1 for crushed material, and the grinding mill of the dryer mill is made in the form of three rotors rotating in one direction with variable rotor rotation rate from 750 to 3000 min-1 on which shafts from 6 to 18 beats are installed. The gas flue 6, connecting the working chamber of the mill-dryer 1 with the heat generator 5 through a horizontal swirler, is designed in such a way that the heat carrier from the heat generator 5 enters the working chamber of the mill-dryer 1 through the air duct of a draught fan.

EFFECT: plant allows to arrange crushing, selective grinding with simultaneous two-stage drying and separation of polymineral wastes with 20 percent humidity and higher while maintaining high productivity.
