SUBSTANCE: device for the scavenger oil field development contains a fuel tank and an air supply system at the surface, a downhole gas generator installed in the horizontal part of the casing column of the injection well, connected by coiled tubing of fuel with the fuel tank. At the same time, a fuel activator is connected to the output from the fuel coiled tubing, the output of which is connected to the exit of the downhole gas generator. In this case, the fuel activator contains two electrodes installed in the working chamber and connected by high-voltage wires with a high voltage source. The device also includes systems for supplying Brown's Gas into the air supplied to the downhole gas generator and to the fuel supplied to the downhole gas generator. In this case, the system of Brown's Gas supply into the air fed to the downhole gas generator contains an electrolytic cell filled with water in which two electrodes connected to the power source are installed. Moreover, the system of Brown's Gas supply into the fuel fed to the downhole gas generator contains an electrolytic cell filled with water in which two electrodes connected to the power source are installed.
