FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in the method of electric energy capacitive storage charging, in which, in the first stage of each high-frequency cycle, energy doses in the ballast and intermediate inductive storage are accumulated connecting them with the first and second switches to the power supply, and in the second stage they are transferred to the capacitive storage and Into the snubber capacitor together with the source energy dose. The stages duration ratio is adjusted depending on the voltage of the capacitive storage, the third stage is introduced where the inductive storage energy is stored shunting it with an auxiliary switch, the shunting duration is being regulated depending on the mean cyclic value of its flux linkage. In addition, the energy dose of the ballast throttle accumulated at the beginning of the third stage, along with an additional dose of source energy, is transferred to the capacitive storage through a snubber capacitor connected in series with it, which then transfers the accumulated energy dose to the inductive storage device through the first primary switch in the first stage of the next cycle. In addition, the auxiliary key (14), the third and fourth blocking diodes (15, 16) are added to a device for implementing of the noted method, comprising input terminals (1, 2), a capacitive storage (3), the first blocking diode (4), an inductive storage device (5), a ballast throttle (6), a snubber capacitor (7), the second blocking diode (8), the first and second main switches (9, 10) and the control unit (11) with the main pulse-modulator output terminals (12, 13), and the control unit is equipped with an auxiliary output terminal (17).
EFFECT: preserving the quality of electricity consumed from the power supply, due to the continuity and uniformity of the consumed current.
