FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: study of a method of deprivation of a spherical cloud of solid particles, said particles pretreated in a spherical container, made in the form of two nested perforated hemispherical shells rotatably mounted to one of them around the axis of symmetry. The container with downward movable shell is placed in a cuvette and mixed with liquid particles from a liquid in a container by the action of ultrasonic vibrations, generated by piezoelectric transducers polarized in a thickness piezoceramic hollow hemispheres fixed to the inner walls of the container through the sound absorbing lining. The container is opened by turning the movable shell for 180 degrees with possibility to insert spherical cloud of particles in the cuvette with fluid. The shape and the deposition rate of the particle cloud is determined by video shooting imaging process through the transparent cuvette wall. The initial concentration of particles in the cloud and the opening of the container is determined by the algebraic formulas comprising physical characteristics of particles and fluids.

EFFECT: improving the accuracy of determining the basic characteristics and dynamics of the aggregate particle deposition.
