FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: method of container manufacture, containing the closure system, provided with the closure element, which is integral part of the container and tightly sealing one of its openings. The system has the preferred separation area of the container and the closure. The closure system contains the first guiding lines and/or connecting devices for guiding and controlling the closure element movement from the first locked position in which it is the integral part of the container to the second unlocked position, in which the closure element is separated from the container along the preferred separation area. The method includes the tube extruding from the plastic material at the plastic material melting temperature, the tube inserting into the mould made of two halves to conduct the moulding process, the mould closing, containing the first part of the tube to perform the moulding process of the lower part of the hollow container, the second part or the upper part of the container blowing, the mould blowing and closing. At that, the guiding lines and/or connecting devices have the first thread at the insert, having the predetermined diameter and inserted into the corresponding container opening, which is to be sealed, the first thread is used in the mould as the antimould to form the second thread in the closure element.

EFFECT: protection of the perishable material from the environment effect without the inner cap.
